Each class begins with dynamic warm up that includes sport specific movements to

increase mobility and activate muscles, and will finish with a proper cool down to enhance recovery.

ATP periodized training programs are designed utilizing our ATOMIC METHOD to develop your optimal fitness while preventing overtraining.

NINJA WARRIOR TRAINING

Take your fitness to the next level by becoming a ninja! Each class will focus on learning techniques and skills to conquer any of our challenging obstacles while incorporating different exercises to develop your performance.

SPARTAN SGX

Obstacle race style circuit to challenge and improve your skills, strength and metabolic conditioning as it relates to your OCR performance.

This is our class assignment for the day that combines a variety of training tools and tactics to challenge you in all aspects of fitness. Athletes can expect aspects of strength and conditioning, speed/agility, HIIT, corrective exercises, and functional training to help you conquer your sports performance and fitness goals.

ATOMIC RECOVERY

The more time you put into recovery, the better your performance! This class is a mix of active recovery techniques including: light cardio, body weight and corrective exercises, foam rolling, stretching, and other forms of myofascial release.

OPEN GYM

For those who wish to practice technique and master skills on our obstacles, we offer the convenience of open gym hours. Athletes are able to come in and work at their own pace with an ATP coach present to monitor safety and answer any questions. ALL ATHLETES must complete  ATP Safety Briefing before attending any open gym hours.

Our obstacle training facility and team oriented environment makes ATP the perfect place to host your next private event. Groups can schedule a time to come in and be put through one of our mission based workouts or choose to conquer our obstacle course as a team.

ATOMIC TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE TESTING

To discover your baseline fitness and/or help track your performance goals, we offer Atomic Fitness Evaluations. After a thorough warm up, athletes will be taken through different physical tests that will measure all aspects of fitness: body composition, mobility, flexibility, balance, agility, max power and strength, anaerobic endurance, and aerobic capacity.

 

*This service is included with the purchase of a personal training package of 10 or more sessions.

CREATE A CLASS

This is a unique service we offer where teams or departments can choose to focus on their preferred performance goals. Groups of 5 or more who desire Specialized Training can choose to schedule a class at their preferred time that caters to their specific needs.

 

Note:

These classes cannot be used as part of an unlimited membership and must be purchased individually or as a package.

 

Created classes may only be scheduled outside of the ATP Class Schedule.

    Are you the next American Ninja Warrior? Well now you can train to be! At Atomic Training and Performance, we strive to introduce more athletes to this sport and hope to produce more show worthy competitors. As Broward County’s first gym to specialize in ninja training, not only do we offer several scaled to show obstacles for you to master, but two of our coaches have even competed on American Ninja Warrior and can provide valuable insider tips.

    The Atomic Method is inspired by the performance and well being of first responders who never have an “off season” and must always be ready to conquer the task at hand. Our training program incorporates job specific movements that are aimed at helping these athletes prepare for any obstacle they may face while on duty. With a fireman and a former Marine as part of our coaching team, first responders will receive the tactical training they require to maintain optimal work performance year round.

    An integral part to any training program, the Atomic Method teaches proper lifting mechanics and incorporates these movements into each session. Our form focused and periodized approach gives athletes the correct amount of overload and recovery to achieve increases in strength and overall performance.
