Atomic Training and Performance aims to introduce a comprehensive fitness program that helps athletes of all caliber achieve and maintain optimal fitness year round. Our goal is to ensure that our athletes may train without overtraining and be prepared for anything! The inspiration for designing this periodized training program comes from the ultimate athletes, first responders, who never have an “off season” as they must always be prepared to conquer any obstacle they may face while on duty.

Our coaches exemplify knowledge and leadership in sports and fitness as they are highly skilled and educated. Each coach is nationally accredited and exceptionally trained to be able to answer questions as well as modify any challenge.
